You will have the chance to view current exhibition then take in a range of hand picked pieces that are not on permanent display with Rachel Roberts (Lancaster Museums Curator) and Rachel Edmonds (Lancaster Museums Learning and Outreach officer)
For the first 40 minutes you will be allowed time to get a feel for the historical context of the building and take in the museum and current exhibiton -the museum is all yours! Afterwards you will be taken to view and observe various treasures from the collection that are not on permament display and have been hand selected to explore fabrication techniques, trends and historical events. Rachel Roberts will guide this private viewing and speak about items from within the collection. She will be offering a Q&A along side her talk.
