Redesigned emerald ring

Talk about a romantic man! Will brought me an original engagement ring that no longer fit, no longer her style, and the emerald needed refurbishment as it was badly scratched. After a re-cut and polish I added 3 diamonds on the back side to represent each baby. It was a complete surprise for her she had no idea he knew where it was!
