Her new Gem ID for Life course was created in response to what many the industry need and want - gemmology without 2 years of study, 20k in course fees and applied chemistry and physics that many simply do not need to do their jobs. It takes place over 5 days serving a condensed applicable set of skills that are used on day 1.

This is a carefully crafted accredited course teaches a core set of gemmological techniques using testing and observation. This can be applied to every day of life as a jeweller, valuer, appraiser, pawn broker or anyone interested in knowing more about how to identify and test gemstones.

Over the years Kerry has observed and tested tens of thousands of gems and minerals and uses her extensive experience to make this learning package fun. She has many real life examples of the pitfalls, while providing the detailed technical testing methods and terminology that can help build knowledge and experience each hour. The course is scaffolded to create a solid set of know how for life working with gemstones.
